Purchases & Refunds
There could be several reasons your payment fails:
Insufficient funds or card limit
Card not enabled for international/online transactions
Incorrect card details (expiry, CVV)
Bank or payment gateway block
Technical or network issues
We want you to be satisfied. If the course or service doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase (assuming no violation of terms).
To request a refund:
Contact us via sales@skillvory.com
or through the “Contact Us” page.
Provide your order number, email, and reason for refund.
Our team will review and process it.
Go to the checkout page when purchasing a course.
Enter the coupon code in the “Coupon / Promo Code” field.
Click “Apply” — you should see the discounted price.
If the code doesn’t work, it may be expired, invalid, or not applicable to that course. Contact us and we’ll check for you.
Making Courses
Go to My Profile → Settings → Account Info
Enter the new name and save changes
If you face any trouble, contact us and we’ll assist.
We send periodic emails (updates, offers, announcements). To unsubscribe:
Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email from us, or
Login → Profile Settings → Email Preferences → Turn off the types of emails you don’t want.
To change your password:
Login and go to Profile → Security / Account Settings
Enter your current password, then your new password
Save changes
If you've forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your registered email.
